The Halloween Brand Brief Challenge 2025
The Halloween Brand Brief Challenge 2025 has officially wrapped, and what a hauntingly brilliant ride it was! Designers from around the world brought their imagination, storytelling, and design skills to the table, transforming October into a month full of spooky inspiration and creative magic.
What started as a challenge centered around the playful candy brand Phantom Pops soon expanded to welcome any Halloween-inspired brand identity, giving participants more freedom and flexibility. And it paid off; we received 11 incredible submissions, each with its own unique spirit, concept, and visual style.
This yearβs challenge wasnβt just about creating something spooky. It was about pushing creativity, refining presentation skills, and exploring how brand identity can capture emotion, character, and narrative, all within the wonderfully weird world of Halloween.
Winners Announcement
To celebrate the winners and give deeper value to the community, we hosted a live recorded critique call with Ben Burns and Stephanie Owens.
In the session, the judges:
-
Reviewed each winning project
-
Gave thoughtful design critique
-
Shared insights on branding, storytelling, and craft
-
Announced and awarded the prizes
The call is now publicly available for all designers to watch, whether you joined the challenge or not.
Itβs a goldmine of creative insights and industry wisdom.
Weβve also published the full scoring sheet for all participants.
